If Nathan has been having some difficulty with the fat content at lunch, you could certainly try increasing the kale slightly to see if that improves tolerance. Another option would be to reduce the added oil a bit and instead increase the macadamia nuts at lunch to help maintain his fat intake.

Alternatively, if it feels easier for Nathan, it may also be worth considering increasing his fat intake through the MCT oil in his bedtime fat bomb. That might also help promote ketosis overnight if his seizures tend to happen at night or in the early morning.
