Ketone Levels
4/1
That’s a great point to bring up. It’s very common for ketone levels to fluctuate throughout the day. We often see lower ketone levels in the morning or about 1–2 hours after meals. As long as Nathan’s ketone levels in the afternoon (around 3–4 PM) remain consistent and his seizure frequency is stable, we don’t need to be overly concerned about a lower ketone level before bedtime. - Wing @ MGH
